These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RunQuoteFlow ("the Service", "we", "us"), operated by JASZ Construction LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
RunQuoteFlow creates custom, professionally designed advertisements for small service businesses. You choose a package, complete payment, then submit your business details, offer, text, logo, and photos. We design your ad and deliver the final digital file.
Each package is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Work begins only after payment is confirmed. Designs are typically delivered within 24-72 hours after we receive all the information needed to build your ad. Delays in providing your business details, offer, logo, or photos will delay delivery accordingly. Additional revisions beyond those included in your package may be available for an extra fee, to be agreed upon before any additional work begins.
Some elements of your ad design may be created or assisted using artificial intelligence tools. A human reviews the output before delivery. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI-assisted tools as part of the design process.
Because work begins as soon as payment is confirmed and design time is committed immediately, payments are non-refundable once we have started work on your order. If you contact us before we have begun working on your design, we will provide a full refund. If you are unsatisfied with your delivered design, please contact us — we will do our best to address reasonable concerns within the revisions included in your package.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for having full ownership or a valid license to use any logo, photos, text, or other material you submit to us. You agree not to request ads containing unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading content, or content that infringes on any third party's rights.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RunQuoteFlow and JASZ Construction LLC, its owners, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) content, images, logos, or text you provided to us that infringe on a third party's rights or violate any law; (b) your use of the delivered ad design; or (c) your breach of these Terms.
Once your order is paid in full and the final design is delivered, you own the rights to use that design for your business's advertising purposes. This does not include separate ownership of any third-party stock photos, fonts, or licensed assets that may have been used within the design, which remain subject to their original license terms. RunQuoteFlow retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.
RunQuoteFlow designs advertisements but does not guarantee any specific business outcome, engagement, sales, or performance from the use of the delivered design, regardless of where or how you choose to publish it.
We aim to keep RunQuoteFlow available and to deliver on time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or a fixed delivery time in every circumstance.
RunQuoteFlow is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, JASZ Construction LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the advertisement created, including its performance once published by you. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page.

RunQuoteFlow crea anuncios publicitarios personalizados y diseñados profesionalmente para pequeños negocios de servicios. Eliges un paquete, completas el pago, y luego nos envías los detalles de tu negocio, oferta, texto, logo y fotos. Nosotros diseñamos tu anuncio y te entregamos el archivo digital final.
Cada paquete es una compra única, no una suscripción. El trabajo comienza solo después de que el pago sea confirmado. Los diseños normalmente se entregan entre 24 y 72 horas después de recibir toda la información necesaria para crear tu anuncio. Los retrasos en proporcionar los detalles de tu negocio, oferta, logo o fotos retrasarán la entrega correspondientemente. Revisiones adicionales más allá de las incluidas en tu paquete pueden estar disponibles por un costo extra, a acordarse antes de comenzar cualquier trabajo adicional.
Algunos elementos del diseño de tu anuncio pueden ser creados o asistidos usando herramientas de inteligencia artificial. Una persona revisa el resultado antes de la entrega. Al usar el Servicio, reconoces y consientes el uso de herramientas asistidas por IA como parte del proceso de diseño.
Debido a que el trabajo comienza tan pronto se confirma el pago y el tiempo de diseño se compromete de inmediato, los pagos no son reembolsables una vez que hemos comenzado a trabajar en tu pedido. Si nos contactas antes de que hayamos comenzado a trabajar en tu diseño, te daremos un reembolso completo. Si no estás satisfecho con el diseño entregado, contáctanos — haremos lo posible por atender inquietudes razonables dentro de las revisiones incluidas en tu paquete.
Eres responsable de proporcionar información precisa de tu negocio y de tener la propiedad completa o una licencia válida para usar cualquier logo, foto, texto u otro material que nos envíes. Aceptas no solicitar anuncios con contenido ilegal, fraudulento, difamatorio o engañoso, ni contenido que infrinja los derechos de terceros.
Aceptas indemnizar, defender y eximir de responsabilidad a RunQuoteFlow y JASZ Construction LLC, sus propietarios y representantes, de cualquier reclamo, daño, pérdida o gasto (incluyendo honorarios legales razonables) que surja de: (a) contenido, imágenes, logos o texto que nos hayas proporcionado y que infrinjan los derechos de un tercero o violen alguna ley; (b) tu uso del diseño de anuncio entregado; o (c) tu incumplimiento de estos Términos.
Una vez que tu pedido esté pagado en su totalidad y el diseño final entregado, tienes los derechos de usar ese diseño para los fines publicitarios de tu negocio. Esto no incluye la propiedad por separado de fotos de stock de terceros, fuentes tipográficas, o recursos con licencia que se hayan usado dentro del diseño, los cuales siguen sujetos a sus términos de licencia originales. RunQuoteFlow conserva el derecho de mostrar el trabajo terminado en su propio portafolio, a menos que solicites lo contrario por escrito.
RunQuoteFlow diseña anuncios publicitarios, pero no garantiza ningún resultado específico de negocio, interacción, ventas o desempeño derivado del uso del diseño entregado, sin importar dónde o cómo decidas publicarlo.
Buscamos mantener RunQuoteFlow disponible y entregar a tiempo, pero no garantizamos acceso ininterrumpido al sitio web ni un tiempo de entrega fijo en toda circunstancia.
RunQuoteFlow se proporciona "tal cual". En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, JASZ Construction LLC no es responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados de tu uso del Servicio o del anuncio creado, incluyendo su desempeño una vez que lo publiques. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo relacionado con el Servicio no excederá el monto que pagaste por el pedido en cuestión.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Georgia, EE.UU., sin considerar sus principios de conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa que surja de estos Términos o del Servicio se resolverá exclusivamente en las cortes estatales o federales ubicadas en el Condado de Gwinnett, Georgia, y aceptas la jurisdicción personal de dichas cortes.
